The perfect tense

1. Use

In English: "I have worked", "We have failed", "He has forgotten"

2. Formation

To form this tense, you need to have studied the negative imperfect first. The form of the main verb that you take for the negative imperfect (called the active passive participle), is the exact same form you need for the perfect tense. The difference is that you don't add the negative verb in front of the participle, instead you add the verb "olla" in its conjugated forms.

3. Negative perfect tense

Conjugate the negative verb, add "ole" and the exact same form of the main verb as in the positive perfect tense (see above).
